Job Title: Employee Engagement Partner

Salary: £56-62,000pa

Location: Surrey (two days per week in office)

JGA Recruitment is partnering with a well-known food retail company to find an Employee Engagement Partner.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in employee engagement, with knowledge of delivering engagement surveys and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee experience surveys
  • Partner with customer experience teams
  • Participate in regional L&D initiatives
  • Work on change management plans
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partnering teams
  • Deliver training to enable managers to enhance employee experience
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Proven experience in team leadership
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
  • Experience in Qualtrics and/or Perceptyx (nice to have)
