Senior Structural Engineer - Heritage

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer - Heritage to join our client's team in Kent. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality structural engineering services for heritage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on structural engineering design and analysis for heritage projects
  • Collaborate with specialists to assess historic materials and contribute to preserving history
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions for complex heritage projects
  • Provide expert leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and client relationships

Requirements:

  • Chartered or near-Chartered status with the Institution of Structural Engineers
  • Proven experience in heritage conservation and structural engineering
  • Excellent communication, writing, and sketching skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
