The ideal candidate will have experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for various clients across South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
• Building relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs
• Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role
• Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates

What We Offer:

• A competitive basic salary of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience (OTE £36k year 1)
