Airband Community Internet is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to improve broadband in rural communities. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for taking ownership of your territory, developing good relationships with the community, and fostering customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, particularly in field, outside, or door-to-door sales. They must be capable of building rapport with customers, flexible, and adaptable to change. A Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are also essential.

Salary: £25K - £28K basic salary (depending on experience) + up to £16K commission + £4,800 car allowance. This equates to a total estimated annual salary of around £41,800 - £48,800.

Job Requirements:

  • Take ownership of your territory, attend local events, meetings, and fairs
  • Develop good relationships with the community and identify their challenges and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Foster customer relationships via further visits and telephone calls and encourage referrals
  • Continue to build relationships over the phone, being proactive and making calls to prospects and new customers
  • Meet individual and team sales targets
