About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at the Mercure Livingston Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our established kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a branded hospitality kitchen for more than 1 year.
  • Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings.
