About the Role

The Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Psychiatrist to join our team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of inpatients, developing and implementing care and treatment plans, and working closely with the multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement care and treatment plans for inpatients
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care

  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members
