Conveyancing Attorney

Halecroft Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Attorney to join their team. As a Conveyancing Attorney, you will be responsible for managing property transactions, providing expert advice and guidance to clients, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
You will have a strong background in property law and conveyancing procedures, with 7 years' experience in the field. Private client experience would be beneficial, as would excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and analytical thinking are essential, as well as strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £48,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, 7 additional discretionary days leave per year, and a discretionary day over the Christmas period.
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with one day per week working from home. The ideal candidate will be based in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire.
