Energy Transition Specialist

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to help roll out a European Energy Transition practice. The initial focus will be on building an Energy Transition offering and client base in the UK, followed by a European rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research industry trends and key players to develop a prospect list focused on Energy Transition companies.
- Work closely with Marketing to provide direction, design, and content for marketing materials.
- Engage with and get buy-in from other lines of business across Lockton to create multi-coverage offerings within the Energy Transition space.
- Identify and attend suitable networking events to represent LGE to target companies.
- Represent LGE at events and to prospective clients to educate them on our services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
- Experience in an energy-related industry or a genuine interest in the energy transition.
- Demonstrable negotiation skills and the ability to build convincing propositions for clients.
- Pro-active and able to manage a complex and varied workload.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
