**What does our Finance team do?**
Our Finance team plays a critical role in supporting business decision-making, managing liquidity, and tracking financial trends. They are responsible for generating key information, procuring and paying vendors, and planning and analysing business performance.
**Location and Contract Details**
* Location: Randox Laboratories
* Contract: Full-time, Permanent
* Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
**Key Responsibilities of the Finance Officer Role**
In this role, you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, credit control, and accurate recording of information into the accounting system. Your duties will include:
1. Analysis of monthly sales information
2. Account payable/procurement duties
3. Preparation of monthly accounts for HQ and International Offices
4. Credit control function: recovery of outstanding payments
5. Preparation of monthly prepayments and accruals
6. Assistance with year-end preparation of statutory financial statements
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience within a Finance team at Administration or higher
* Ideally educated to degree level or relevant experience within Finance
* Right to work in the UK
**Desirable Qualifications and Experience**
* Finance qualification with a recognised body or previous experience
* Previous administrative experience
* Experience of Sage 500 and SAP
