Role Overview

As an experienced service engineer, fitter, or technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining our powered access machines. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with mechanical or electrical engineering experience to join Nationwide Platforms.

In this role, you will work within a busy depot to ensure our machines are ready for use by customers. You will carry out pre-delivery inspections of machines at client premises and at the depot, ensuring compliance with manufacturer's specifications, company policies, and regulations affecting machine use. Your responsibilities include supporting the Senior Service Engineer in managing the Depot workshop within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Service Engineer in the effective running of the Depot workshop.
  • Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDI) of machines at client premises and at depot as required.

Requirements and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, life assurance, Westfield health care plan, 25 days holiday, and a pension. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30pm.
