About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Delivery Professional to join our team at Royal Mail. As a Delivery Professional, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to our customers across various locations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To deliver mail and parcels efficiently and effectively to our customers
  • To work independently and as part of a team to meet delivery targets
  • To provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional manner
  • To maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling mail and parcels
  • To work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of community, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
