About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Reporting Management Specialist who has excellent problem-solving skills and initiative. As part of our Business Services and Outsourcing team, you will play a key role in delivering long-term, sustainable value to our clients by providing a range of solutions such as accounting, payroll, and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate financial reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of high-quality financial information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior managers, directors, and partners to identify opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients.

Requirements

  • Qualified ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK reporting standards (including UK GAAP and UK-adopted IFRS) and related financial reporting requirements.
  • Previous experience preparing and/or reviewing statutory accounts, consolidations, and cash flows.
  • Evidence of ability to research technical accounting matters.
