The Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our delivery service team, serving our customers and ensuring their perfect bed is delivered without a hitch. As a Delivery Driver Assistant, you'll play a key role in our high-quality home delivery service, working alongside a Delivery Driver to fulfill customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality home delivery service to customers
  • Work alongside a Delivery Driver to fulfill customer orders
  • Act as a professional representation of the Dreams brand at every touchpoint during delivery
  • Assemble bedroom furniture in customers' homes, developing strong rapport with them
  • Provide exceptional service to each and every customer
