About the Role

Avery Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our friendly team as Concierge in a bank setting.

As a key member of our team, your focus will be on creating a positive and lasting first impression of Avery, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors while providing high-quality service to residents.

Responsibilities will include greeting and directing all visitors, monitoring the Bistro area, handling resident requests, and completing administrative duties as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess effective written and verbal communication skills, be able to handle multiple priorities, have good organisational skills, and ideally have previous experience in a customer service position.
