About the Role:

The OCS Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Factory Floor Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our factory floors, equipment, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deep clean factory floors, equipment, and surrounding areas to the highest standards.
  • Operate high-level cleaning equipment, including MEPS and other specialized machinery, after completing an IPAF course.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with moving equipment, fork lift trucks, and robots.
  • Communicate closely with supervisors and the H&S team to report any safety concerns or issues.
  • Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Basic English language skills to communicate effectively with the team.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time, permanent position with a 2-week rotation. Week 1: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 14:30. Week 2: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 20:00. 37.5 hours per week.
