About the Role:

We are partnering with a leading Retrofit Consultancy in the UK to deliver high-quality services to social housing clients in London and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be working on a range of schemes, including the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF), ECO4, BUS, and GBIS, providing expert retrofit solutions to national installers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional retrofit services to social housing clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  2. Work closely with the consultancy team to develop and implement retrofit strategies that meet client needs.
  3. Collaborate with national installers to deliver high-quality retrofit solutions that meet project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retrofitting social housing properties.
  • Strong knowledge of retrofit regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
