This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our Major Projects Advisory team as a Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile projects and programmes, leveraging your expertise in construction innovation and management consultancy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage client-facing projects, developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex delivery problems.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and expertise to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our team.
- Proven track record of delivering major projects and programmes, with a strong focus on construction innovation and management consultancy.
- Extensive experience in business development, client delivery, and team management, with a proven ability to drive growth and revenue.
