Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious PE Teacher / PE ECT to join our expanding department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physical education lessons, promoting healthy lifestyles, and developing the skills and confidence of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Learning: Deliver engaging and effective physical education lessons to students across various age groups.
  • Leadership and Management: Contribute to the development and implementation of physical education policies and programs.
  • Pastoral Support: Provide guidance and support to students, helping them to achieve their academic and personal goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Academic Record: Strong academic record, including a degree, A Levels, and GCSEs.
  • Teaching Standards: Meet the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
