The role of Accounts Assistant/Administrator is a support position that involves a 50/50 split between the accounts and HR teams at E3 Recruitment, a well-established industry-leading manufacturer.

This key role focuses on organizational and administrative tasks, with training provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and cost suppliers' invoices and reconcile supplier statements to the purchase ledger.
  • Deal with suppliers and maintain effective relationships.
  • Cost time sheets accurately.
  • Chase payments from suppliers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain petty cash records securely.
  • Reconcile company credit card expenses promptly.
  • Perform HR admin duties, including preparing starter packs, assisting with onboarding, tracking training records of staff, and aiding induction training of new starters.
