We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Project Coordinator to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have experienced homelessness to achieve their goals and live independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Support and Guidance: Offer one-to-one support and guidance to customers to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Assess Customer Needs: Conduct thorough assessments to identify customers' needs and develop personalized support plans.
- Develop Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Liaise with External Agencies: Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies to provide customers with access to additional support services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and progress.
Requirements
- Experience Working with Vulnerable Adults: Proven experience of working with vulnerable adults, particularly those who have experienced homelessness.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- NVQ3 in Health and Social Care: Hold a relevant qualification in health and social care, or be willing to work towards one.
