We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team at Apple Recruitment. As a key member of our Corporate/Commercial team in Belfast, you will be responsible for providing insurance quotes and contracts to a number of clients, placing all types of commercial risks within the market.

The ideal candidate will have previous account handling experience within the corporate or commercial sector, with a strong understanding of technical insurance issues. You will be able to communicate effectively with clients at all levels, using a variety of communication channels, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert and prompt advice to clients regarding their insurance needs
  • Liaising with insurer partners to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintaining the highest quality of customer service levels through efficient Mid-Term-Adjustments and customer queries
  • Ensuring client confidentiality is maintained and protected at all costs
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will need to be CII qualified (or working towards exams) and have a strong understanding of commercial insurance and corporate insurance principles.
