Job Title: Nursery Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing individual to support the development of young children in local nurseries and primary schools. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and supervising age-appropriate activities to promote early years development.
* Collaborate with other nursery staff to ensure smooth daily operations and provide a supportive environment for children to thrive.

Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting (desirable but not essential).
* A passion for working with children and supporting their early development.
* A positive, flexible attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.
* Relevant childcare qualifications are a plus, but not mandatory.
