The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive Economics lessons, developing a comprehensive curriculum, and monitoring student progress. You will also assess student performance, create a positive learning environment, and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of Economics.

Requirements for the Economics teacher position include a Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field, qualified teacher status, and proven experience teaching Economics to primary/secondary school students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to differentiate instruction, are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive Economics lessons to primary/secondary school students.
  • Develop a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with educational standards and objectives.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents/guardians.
  • Assess student performance through various means, including assignments, tests, and projects.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic growth and personal development.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate interdisciplinary activities and projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of Economics and incorporate relevant content into lesson plans.
