Job Description

The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth, revenue expansion, and business development for Nybor Ltd. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales development, marketing strategy, and customer relationship management to drive exponential growth.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, end-users, and regional sales teams
  • Presentation of solutions to potential customers, supporting marketing activities and attending trade shows
  • Conduct market research, competitor surveys, and identify business opportunities for growth

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development and sales growth strategies
  • Excellent knowledge of sales cycles, new business B2B sales skills, and customer resource in industrial markets
  • Great business sense, UK market knowledge, and negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude, honesty, integrity, and excellent communication skills
