Job Description

As our Technical Project Lead, you'll be responsible for driving complex technical projects forward, aligning with our product roadmap. You will manage a talented team of engineers, collaborating closely with Product Management and Client Services to define and deliver our vision.

You will participate actively in technical discussions and design reviews, measuring your team's impact and contributing to product strategy. Additionally, you'll contribute to engineering-wide initiatives, help develop and grow your team, and lead by example through code reviews and hands-on technical work.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of experience in engineering management of product-aligned teams
  • Experience working in cloud-native environments, using modern technology stacks (microservices, Kubernetes, Kafka, AWS/GCP, golang/python)
  • Strong technical background to drive technical decisions and excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with Product Managers and Client representatives
  • You should be comfortable wearing different hats to suit the changing needs of your team as it evolves
