**Navigator MSL Ltd: A Premier Plumbing Supplier**

The company is a wholly independent business, focusing on providing an unmatched supply service to the plumbing merchant and distribution industry.

We are seeking a **Managing Director** to lead our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in a similar MD or Sales Director role for a medium-sized £30m+ distribution business.

Apart from strong leadership skills, we require excellent people management and financial skills. Experience in a multi-channel environment with automation and digitalisation is also required.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth through new customer acquisition and existing relationships. You will also oversee operational activities centred around Sharnbrook near Bedford.

The role involves regular travel to key customers and possibly to join the purchasing team in the Far East for sourcing. Candidates should live within reasonable commuting distance of the office.

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.
