Staff Engineer

Arm's Solutions Engineering group is a dynamic team of engineers dedicated to providing a robust platform for building and testing software on Arm's cutting-edge subsystems and System-on-Chips (SoCs). Our mission is to accelerate the development process by offering a versatile and high-performance prototyping environment that enables seamless software integration and validation.
Job DescriptionAs a member of this team, your primary responsibilities will include driving verification of SoC RTL designs modified for FPGA implementation, developing and maintaining SoC verification testbench, integrating third-party VIPs, writing test cases in C, reusing C test cases from internal IP/SoC frontend team, creating test plans, and developing tools using scripting languages like Python, Perl, and Shell for automation of tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute verification plans to ensure high-quality designs
- Automate verification flows and methodologies for efficient deployment
- Collaborate with engineers from other teams to lead verification efforts
- Mentor and coach junior team members
- Experience with embedded C/C++ based SoC verification environments
- Knowledge of systems using AMBA bus standards
- Extensive verification experience, including technical team leadership and mentoring
- Understanding of computer architecture fundamentals
- Experience with Tcl, Python, or other scripting languages
- Exposure to all stages of verification, from requirements collection to test case development
