Job Overview: Northfield SEN Support Specialist
">Aspire People is seeking an experienced and dedicated Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to work across Primary Schools in Northfield and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- ">
- Coordinate specific provision for individual pupils with SEN or disability.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
- Responsible for associated paperwork and documentation.
Requirements:
- ">
- Proven experience as a SENCO or similar role within a special educational needs setting.
- In-depth knowledge of SEN legislation, policies, and best practices.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and patient approach to working with students with diverse needs.
- Relevant degree and SENCO qualification essential.
- Flexibility and availability to work on daily supply basis.
- Enhanced DBS check on update service required.
