**Job Description and Requirements**

We are seeking a motivated Senior Estate Agent to join our residential sales team. The successful candidate will have experience as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator, and possess excellent customer care/service experience. They will also be resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • List properties and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Build rapport with clients face-to-face or over the phone, ensuring the highest level of service
