Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Product Engineer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Engineer to join our team at Matchtech Technology. As a Senior Product Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of new products and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop new products, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage product configuration control, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Ensure products manufactured by the company conform to customer approval requirements.
  • Input Bills of Materials and sign off Bills of Materials inputted on Progress Plus by other employees.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide design for manufacture feedback to customers and prospective customers to ensure products are optimized for assembly using company processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in electronics or a related field.
  • Experience in electronic manufacturing and product development.
  • Knowledge of project planning and configuration control.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
