We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our operations team, driving business growth and excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic staff team and contribute to making a positive impact on patient outcomes.

About the RoleThis management position involves overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including staff management, inventory control, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for leading a team of experienced pharmacists and support staff, ensuring that our pharmacy operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing budgets, supervising staff, and implementing processes to improve patient satisfaction and safety.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including a performance bonus, employee discount, onsite parking, pension scheme, and opportunities for continuing professional development.

RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you should have a degree in pharmacy or a related field, a registered pharmacist status, and significant experience in pharmacy management. You must also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to manage budgets and staff effectively, and have a strong commitment to quality patient care.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so you should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. A valid driver's license is not required for this position, but you must be able to travel occasionally.
