Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network and communications systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our network and communications systems, including Cisco network infrastructure
  • Design and implement factory and site infrastructure
  • Collaborate with the Security team for technical assistance in security implementations and operations
  • Manage Windows Servers both on-premise and in Azure
  • Maintain backups across large multi-site IT infrastructures and cloud environments
  • Oversee operations across on-premise, hybrid, cloud, and multi-cloud infrastructures
  • Maintain a complex network of Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Provide third-level support to high-calibre customers and personnel
  • Resolve escalated incidents
  • Proactively support, maintain, and monitor all WAN networks, SDWAN, and IT infrastructure
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar senior infrastructure role
  • Expertise in network and communications systems, including Cisco network infrastructure (CCNA/CCNP preferred)
  • Experience in cybersecurity systems delivery and operations, including EDR, SIEM, patching, email security, web proxies, and firewalls
  • Proficient in Windows Server and Hyper V
  • Experience with IAAS, PAAS, SaaS platforms (Microsoft certifications for Cloud Engineering and Azure are advantageous)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Server OS (Windows ) with Microsoft certification is an advantage
