About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Technology Operative to join our team at LiveWest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing renewable technologies systems, including fault-finding, installation, and annual servicing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair renewable technologies systems, including fault-finding, installation, and annual servicing.
  • Ensure good quality workmanship, upholding company standards, complying with building regulations, and following safety requirements.
  • Participate in out-of-hours service on a rota basis and act as an ambassador for LiveWest.
  • Consider applications from people looking to work flexibly.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Core apprenticeship 2360 parts 1 & 2 or equivalent, CNN1, HTR1, CKR1, Unvented, WRAS, Part L.
  • Desirable qualifications: 18th Edition, Level 3 Solar Thermal, Level 3 Heat Pump Installation & Maintenance, F Gas City and Guilds 2079 or equivalent.
  • Post-qualification experience in the renewable technologies industry.
  • Awareness of health and safety procedures.
  • Technical diagnosis of boiler faults and heating systems.
  • Annual servicing and installation work.
  • Highly competent with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
