About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Meadow House, a residential and nursing care home in Norfolk. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Encourage social interaction and engagement among residents
  • Participate in care planning and implementation, working collaboratively with the care team
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety protocols

About Meadow House

Meadow House is a purpose-built care home, providing residential and nursing care to elderly people. We also have a young person's disability unit, specializing in care for individuals with multiple sclerosis. Our home is at ground floor level, making it easily accessible for residents and staff.
