Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all areas of the kitchens and equipment are cleaned effectively to the required standards. You will be working with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals, and it is essential that you are able to complete all work in accordance with current legal Health and Safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure all areas of the kitchens and equipment are cleaned effectively to the required standards
* Complete all work in accordance with current legal Health and Safety requirements
* Report problems and non-conformances to the management team
* Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and appearance
* Wear protective clothing where necessary
* Respond courteously to customer and management requests
* Manage and control the use of cleaning chemicals, protective clothing, and hygiene consumables
* Undertake any other duties requested by the management team

Requirements:

* Experience of commercial kitchen cleaning and/or kitchen extract cleaning
* Flexible on working times - 5 days out of 7; available to work afternoons, evenings, and nights
* Prepared to travel and stay away for short periods
* Full clean UK/EU driving licence
* Emergency First Aid at Work training
* Experience of ductwork project works
* TR19 training
* IPAF and/or PASMA qualification
