Litigation Solicitor

Thorpe and Co Ltd is seeking a skilled Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their team. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in civil litigation who can provide expert advice to clients on a range of litigation matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience in areas such as property litigation, contract disputes, personal injury, and employment law. They will be confident in managing a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation cases and will be able to demonstrate their ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation cases.
• Assist in building and developing the department.

Requirements:

• Strong litigation skills with a track record of handling complex cases.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and advocacy abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
