About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Casual Bartender to join our Banqueting team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square. As a Casual Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, storage areas, and equipment
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, including answering questions and making recommendations
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high-quality guest experiences

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Previous bar experience, including drinks preparation and cocktail making
  • Passion for service and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Food and Beverage knowledge, including sequence of service in a Banqueting environment
