About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Advanced Teaching Assistant at a reputable secondary school in York, North Yorkshire.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans for students with special needs, providing one-on-one and small group support to help students engage with the curriculum and develop essential life skills.

Key Responsibilities
