Trainee Sales Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our team at Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment. As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for meeting with clients, assessing buyers and sellers' needs, and promoting properties via various mediums.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to discuss their property needs
  • Assess buyers and sellers' particular needs and preferences
  • Respond to queries via email and telephone
  • Maintain good relationships with clients following sales
  • Promote properties through various marketing channels
  • Overachieve sales targets
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service with sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature attitude and well-presented
  • Full UK driving licence and car ownership
What We Offer:
  • Basic salary: £17,000 - £20,000 DOE
  • OTE: £30,000+
  • Pooled and individual commission
