Behaviour Mentor Opportunity

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity as a Behaviour Mentor within one of our excellent alternative provisions. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be joining an excellent team committed to improving the education and wellbeing of all pupils. This role has potential to be a permanent position subject to a successful trial period.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting 1:1 and group sessions to support students in developing positive behaviour and social skills.
• Working closely with teachers, parents, and colleagues to create a pleasant and supportive learning environment.
• Building strong working relationships with students and acting as a positive role model.
• Setting individual targets and monitoring them closely to help design appropriate learning material.

Requirements:
• At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• Ability to drive to work.
• Team Teach or equivalent training is desirable.
