Job Title: Cloud DevOps Architect

83zero Limited is seeking a highly skilled Cloud DevOps Architect to join our team. As a Cloud DevOps Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based systems that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement hybrid and multi-cloud environments, including DevOps, CI/CD, and SRE.
  • Implement DevSecOps models and necessary tooling, business change, and processes.
  • Assess current development environments and implement solutions that lead to a more efficient, effective, and secure software development environment.
  • Consult and coach on implementing new ways of working and enabling agile delivery transformation.
  • Enable continuous delivery while ensuring reliability, quality, observability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement and improve observability and monitoring practices.
  • Define OKRs/KPIs and set up processes/systems to measure, track, and take corrective actions to drive speed, productivity, and quality improvements.
  • Drive IT and business automation across product management, engineering, and operations.
  • Ensure security and governance models for cloud engineering and operations.
Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud environments, DevOps, CI/CD, and SRE.
  • Experience in DevSecOps, lean process design, and Value Stream Mapping.
  • Consulting/Coaching experience in implementing new ways of working and enabling agile delivery transformation.
  • Experience in leveraging the DORA framework to improve DevOps team performance.
  • SC eligibility is a requirement for this position.

This is a client-facing role, and previous consulting or advisory experience is required.
