About the Role

As a Sales Consultant within our Clinical Waste Management team, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers meet their compliance requirements. You will be responsible for visiting clients and new prospects, identifying their needs, and tailoring specific waste collection and disposal services. You will also benefit from ongoing support and mentoring from our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and sell long and short-term B2B contracts
  • Generate and develop leads through networking and other means
  • Build relationships with existing and new customers
  • Work towards and achieve set KPIs and targets
  • Use your initiative and plan your field days effectively
  • Maintain an existing client/customer portfolio and present new products
  • Work with key accounts to maximise sales

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have an ambitious, outgoing, and dedicated personality, with a proactive mindset and excellent customer service skills. You will also need to be able to manage your time effectively and efficiently. A background in business development or customer service is preferred but not essential.
