About the Role

Samsic UK is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Mobile Cleaning Operative. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a professional approach to facilities management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality cleaning service to our clients across the Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, and Dorset areas. This will involve commuting to different sites to cover cases of sickness or absence, and may require a UK Criminal Record (Enhanced, England & Wales) check for certain sites.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of *£13.50 per hour*, paid four-weekly, and provide all the necessary tools and equipment, as well as uniform and safety PPE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional cleaning services to our clients, including cleaning sanitary areas, emptying bins, mopping, disinfecting touch points, and restocking soap/hand towels.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive working relationship.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of cleaning experience, with a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
  • UK Driving License holder for a minimum of 18 months.
  • Flexibility to cover shifts in early mornings, late evenings, and some weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
