Job Title: Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrator to join our sales and administration team at Black Fox Solutions. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and building client relationships, answering telephone and website queries, processing orders and pricing, and providing general administration and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and build client relationships through effective communication and customer service.
  • Answer telephone and website queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders and pricing accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide general administration and customer service support to the team.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in the transport and travel industry, sales and administration experience, and strong IT skills, including Office and CRM. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
