Swim Central Preston is seeking a passionate and motivated Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and safe swimming lessons to individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs and abilities of each student
- Provide a supportive and safe learning environment for all participants
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of attendance and progress
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Must be able to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASA/Swim England/STA Level 2
- Level 2 Baby and Pre-School
