Salary and Benefits:

We offer an excellent salary between £65,000 and £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 5 weeks paid holiday with additional bank holidays, RCVS fees and Full VDS cover paid, leadership development opportunities, certificates encouraged and fully funded, bonus scheme, pension, relocation allowance/support, generous CPD allowance, and staff discount scheme.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Head Small Animal Vet to manage and oversee the day-to-day clinical caseload and business operations at our practice. You will provide support and leadership to your colleagues, mentor graduates, and strive to combine exceptional, bespoke, and affordable care with progressive best practices in veterinary medicine.

Requirements:

You will work alongside an experienced team, including six certificate holders, an advanced practitioner in small animal medicine, and a surgical certificate holder. A full-time role with a 4-day week, with administration time built in, is available. OOH rota (maximum of 1:15 though currently at 1:10) applies.
