We are seeking an experienced Electrical Teacher to join our team at a prestigious college in Harlow, Essex. As an educator, you will be responsible for teaching a diverse group of learners, including year-olds, and may be asked to teach adults or apprentices.

• Teach Level 2 and Level 3 courses, including intermediate and advanced electrical training
• Develop and deliver lesson plans to meet the needs of students
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive learning environment

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A City & Guilds Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification (Installation) or (Maintenance), or equivalent
• A Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2018, or equivalent
• Initial and Periodic Electrical Inspection and Testing (2391), or equivalent
• Time served in the Electrotechnical industry 5+ years, ideally within a range of specialisms
• Wiring regulations 18th Edition, exam
• ECS Heath and Safety
• AM2 Assessment of occupational competence
