About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a CFO Support Worker. In this role, you will work closely with participants in both custodial and community settings, providing high-quality support and guidance to help them overcome barriers to successful resettlement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants in both custodial and community settings
  • Provide high-quality support and guidance to help participants achieve agreed milestones and develop skills
  • Help participants find sustainable employment and overcome barriers to successful resettlement
  • Work across different locations in custody and within community hubs
Requirements
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including active listening and motivational skills
  • A demonstrated commitment to the rehabilitation of prisoners and the ability to work independently
  • An awareness, understanding, and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of young people and vulnerable adults
  • The ability to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service Check at an enhanced level and successfully pass prison vetting
