Role Overview

The Transformation Director will lead the Visitor Service into a new era, contributing to the future of the UK's first National Park.

This role involves managing and delivering successful end-to-end changes aligned with the Peak District National Park's strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced people manager with leadership qualities, entrepreneurial and creative in approach.

Key responsibilities include change management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, financial, and people management.

Working closely across stakeholders to create initiatives for sustainable and commercial business models that withstand market demands.

In this role, you will drive transformation through big thinking and effective change management.

The salary for this position is estimated at £47,754 to £50,788 per annum.
