Your Key Accountabilities
  • Steering, coordinating, and implementing processes to streamline business activities and improve operational efficiency.
  • First point of contact for all process and technical faults and forwarding of reports to the involved departments.
  • Collaborate with the Workforce planner to ensure resource planning and processes are delivered in line with budgets, forecasts, and clients' requirements.
